The fast pace Real Estate trade has evolved well beyond putting up a "For Sale" sign and an ad in the paper. Buyers now look for video presentations to capture what it might feel like to live there before booking a showing. My clients are very happy with the mix of aerial and wide angle inside shots of their listings.

Several years ago when I retired from a busy 35+year career in Construction Management I knew that I would not be able to just sit back and watch the world go by. I am fortunate to have always had other interests like music to keep me occupied. As I approached retirement age I became very interested in Cinematography and Video Production. I spent many hours learning video editing software and viewed countless hours of YouTube tutorials on film making and content creation. This experience has blossomed into a professional venture that has allowed me to express my film making passion in various ways such as Real Estate videos, Wedding Events, Corporate Interviews and the like. Having realized some success, I have been able to enhance my cameras, lighting equipment, and associated tools to be at the peak of digital video production. As a licensed and registered drone pilot, I have also developed an extensive aerial video reputation.
